Soap Opera Laundry provides the following services:

• Self-serve coin laundry (washers and dryers)
• Wash and fold drop-off service
• Pickup and delivery laundry service
• Commercial laundry services for businesses

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

3. Use of Facilities

When using our on-site laundry facilities, you agree to:

• Follow all posted instructions and rules inside the laundromat
• Treat equipment and the facility with care
• Respect other customers and staff
• Not engage in any unlawful activity on the premises
• Remove laundry promptly when cycles are complete

Soap Opera Laundry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these rules or engages in disruptive behaviour.

4. Pickup and Delivery Service

For our pickup and delivery service:

• You are responsible for ensuring items are suitable for standard washing and drying
• Please remove all items from pockets prior to drop-off or pickup
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets or bags
• Delicate items that require special handling must be identified at the time of service
• We reserve the right to decline items that may damage our equipment

5. Limitation of Liability

Soap Opera Laundry takes reasonable care in handling your laundry. However, we are not liable for:

• Normal wear and tear from washing or drying
• Damage to items that are not colourfast or are unsuitable for machine washing
• Items left unattended in the facility
• Allergic reactions to detergents used in wash-and-fold services

Our maximum liability for any claim related to a laundry service shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

6. Website Use

The content on our website is provided for general informational purposes only. You may not use our website to:

• Engage in any unlawful or harmful activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
